About the event

Meet the Speaker

For almost 20 years, Doug Douglas has been making his mark on the Recruiting / Talent Acquisition space. He began in an entry level role but quickly rose within that agency to win Recruiter of the Month 38 consecutive months. He began to focus on RPO engagements and sold over $100 million in new business multiple times. He was asked to be the Subject Matter Expert and featured speaker on all things related to Recruiting by HR.com, and later by SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management). His sessions are known to be creative, fun, but full of useful information that can make a difference immediately. SHRM had Mr. Douglas rated as one of the Top 5 Recruiting Experts in the World.

Doug Douglas began his own consulting firm where he focused on helping as many organizations as possible solve their Recruitment issues. Through his efforts, he has helped hundreds of organizations dramatically increased their effectiveness and efficiencies. One such company was a large global company of 200,000 employees in 30 countries. His task was to lead a complete overhaul of Recruitment function. Over a two-year period, Mr. Douglas successfully completed over 200 projects that led to the executive team of this client to name Talent Acquisition as the most trust portion of their entire business.

From start-ups, to global giants, Doug Douglas understands the importance of establishing scalable solutions, strategies, processes, and technologies that work for each individual business. There is no "one size fits all" solution. Knowing the right questions to ask, and then understanding how the answers impact existing process, are critical to creating a best-in-class function, and Mr. Douglas has this mastered.
