As an HR Assistant, you will be busy with the coordination and execution of many basic HR and marketing functions in Talentuch.
Your duties will include finding local talent and educating candidates about jobs at Talentuch. You will also conduct initial screening for language skills and candidate motivation.
You will be an important member of client recruitment (posting jobs on assigned websites, gathering applications and scheduling interviews).
You will be promoting Talentuch to potential candidates in many ways. Social Media and promotional writing will be a regular activity. An important part of this role will be planning, preparing and coordinating teambuilding events, ordering supplies and branded corporate gifts. You will participate in all PR/Marketing activities we handle. In this area you will be maintaining birthday, anniversary and holiday calendars not only for Talentuch agency but for several clients assigned to you!
You will help us to run smooth operations by coordinating timely office payments, assisting with travel arrangements and some documentation that might be needed for any activities related to agency operations.
